Do you feel tired all the time? Our herbal blend for energy regulation and fatigue contains:

Lemon Balm (Melissa Officinalis) – Supports relaxation as well as mental and physical wellbeing. Helps you to rest fully so your energy can recover. 

Hops (Humulus Lupulus) – Supports the nervous system helping us to calm down after we go into a stress response, meaning that dealing with daily stressors affects us less – both physically and mentally.

Gentian root (Gentiana Lutea) – Good for people that feel weak and fatigued both physically and mentally. Gentian root is righ in magnesium and supports the body in finding more energy.

Take one capsule of Hello Energy daily with a glass of water to support energy levels and the nervous system. For most people one capsule is enough, but if your fatigue and stress levels could be improved after trying one capsule for 7 days or longer, the dose can be increased to two capsules. Two capsules daily is the maximum dose.

Pack contains 60 capsules. 1 x 400ml capsule will provide 120mg of lemon balm and 60mg of gentian root which help with fatigue, balance energy and keep you feeling positive.
