How should I take the supplements?
Take one capsule daily with a glass of water – they don’t have to be taken with food and you can take them any time of day (except Hello Sleep is for taking at bedtime).
For most people one capsule is enough, but if after trying one capsule for 7 days or longer, you feel like your health problem to improve even more, the dose can be increased to two capsules. Two capsules daily is the maximum dose.
How should I store my supplements?
Store in a cool, dry place.
All capsules should be used before the best-before date on the label.
Can I take more than one of the products at the same time?
Yes, any of the blends can be taken at the same time.
Some are best taken every day to keep you in balance (hormone, menopause, digestion and immunity in the winter months), but the others (brain, sleep and energy) can be taken regularly or just when you feel you need an extra boost.
Are any of the ingredients allergens?
No, and our products are all certified vegan, dairy-free, certified gluten free and soya free.
Are Hello Wellness products organic?
The products are not all certified organic (even if every ingredient is, each combined formula has to be certified and as a small company the cost of this is not viable).
Also, it is important to note that an organic certification does not guarantee high potency nor absence of certain toxins. For example, a field producing certified organic ingredients can be next to a motorway.
Do any of the ingredients interact with medications?
Only the Hello Immunity / Immune in Tune contains a contra-indicated herbal ingredient which is St John’s Wort (Hypericum) and if you take any medication including the contraceptive pill, you should check with your GP before taking.
Is your menopause product safe to take at the same time as HRT?
Yes. Hello Menopause contains adaptogenic ingredients (including red clover) which are safe to take alongside HRT.
Is your hormone product safe to take at the same time as contraceptive hormones?
Yes. Hello Hormones / Feel Aligned contains adaptogenic ingredients (including red clover) which are safe to take alongside HRT.
Can I take Hello Wellness supplements with other supplements?
Yes. They work well alongside anything else you are taking.
What are the capsules made from?
Vegetable cellulose.
Can the capsules be broken open?
Yes. Then the powder inside can be mixed into any cold food or drink.
