Take one capsule of Hello Hormones daily with a glass of water to regulate female hormones throughout your cycle. For most people one capsule is enough to achieve a healthy cycle, but if your hormonal symptoms could be improved after trying one capsule for 30 days or longer, the dose can be increased to two capsules. Two capsules daily is the maximum dose.
Pot contains 30 capsules. 2 x 400mg capsules provide 120mg Vitex-Agnus Castus (Chaste tree berry), 120mg Dandelion root (Taraxacum off.), 80mg Fennel seed, 60mg Avena sativa (Oatstraw) and 40mg Motherwort which regulate hormones and support premenstrual and period problems.
