Hello Sleep – our herbal sleep aid blend contains:

Chamomile (Matricaria Chamomilla) – Anyone who loves a herbal tea will know the relaxing effects of chamomile, it’s sedative properties come from a compound called apigenin.

Avena Sativa (Oat Straw) – Has a relaxing effect that reduces tension and restlessness so helps us to fall sleep.

Valerian Root (Valeriana Officinalis) – To help with falling asleep and staying asleep. 

Take one to two capsules before bed with a glass of water. You can take Hello Sleep when you need them (on the night’s you need help with sleep), or every night to help establish a good sleep pattern. For most people one capsule is enough, but if sleep could be improved after trying one capsule, the dose can be increased to two capsules. Two capsules daily is the maximum dose.

Pack contains 60 capsules. 2 x 400mg capsules provide 160mg of Chamomile, 60mg of Avena Sativa and 16mg of Valerian root to provide a relaxing effect that helps you fall asleep and stay asleep.

Food supplement containing: skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora)(20%), chamomile petals (Chamomilla recutita)(20%), alfalfa leaf (Medicago sativa), golden flax seed (Linum usitatissimu), hibiscus petals (Hibiscus sabdariff), nettle leaf (Urtica dioica), avena sativa (oat straw)(7.5%), elecampane root (Inula heleniu), apple & valerian root (Valeriana officinalis)(<2%).
