Take one capsule daily with a glass of water as a daily immune support for preventative care. Hello Immunity can also be taken to relieve symptoms of a cold or sore throat and in this situation, one capsule taken every morning and evening until you feel better is the optimum dose. Two capsules daily is the maximum dose.
Pot contains 30 capsules. 2 x 400mg capsules provide 160mg Rose hips, 160mg Elderberries, 120mg St John’s Wort (Hypericum perf.), 80mg Calendula, 60mg Rosemary which strengthens the immune system.
