Take one capsule daily with a glass of water – they don’t have to be
taken with food and you can take them any time of day (except Hello
Sleep is for taking at bedtime).

For most people one capsule is
enough, but if after trying one capsule for 7 days or longer, you feel like your health problem to improve even more, the dose can be increased to two capsules. Two capsules daily is the maximum dose. Children over 12 can take the same dose as adults. Children under 12 should not take
the capsules unless advised by a health provider and should start with a half dose for 3-5 days.

Store in a cool, dry place. All capsules should be used before the best-before date on the label.

Yes, any of the blends can be taken at the same time. 

Some are best taken every day to keep you in balance (hormone, menopause, digestion and immunity in the winter months), but the others (brain, sleep and energy) can be taken regularly or just when you feel you need an extra boost.

The products are not all certified organic (even if every ingredient
is, each combined formula has to be certified and as a small company the cost of this is not viable).

Also, it is important to note that an organic certification does not guarantee high potency nor absence of certain toxins. For example, a field producing certified organic ingredients can be next to a motorway.
