    Pot contains 30 capsules. 1 x 400mg capsules provide 80mg Rose hips, 80mg Elderberries, 40mg Calendula, 40mg Rosemary which strengthens the immune system.

  • Directions

    Take one capsule daily with a glass of water as a daily immune support for preventative care. Hello Immunity can also be taken to relieve symptoms of a cold or sore throat and in this situation, one capsule taken every morning and evening until you feel better is the optimum dose. Two capsules daily is the maximum dose.
